Payment Policy

I am an expert and highly specialized. I charge for my time and services. Because I bring value and integrity to each and every project, increasing profit margins and productivity.

Brief telephone consultations are only by appointment. Please send job order and description, including a brief outline of the services being requested. If a telephone consultation goes over 10-15 minutes, I charge for my time in 1 hour increments for projects and 0.25 increments for phone consultations.

Therefore, I recommend and suggest you send requested items first. If you need more time for a telephone appointment, payment must be received prior to our appointment.

When you are ready to make a payment, let me know. I will send an email PayPal invoice to you, which does not require you having an account with PayPal. To pay for Information Architecture-Design, Usability Testing, Website Design, Experience Design, consulting services, consultation, or class by credit card, using the secure PayPal system, please send me an email. After I have sent you an email confirmation back for payment, please make payment using my PayPal account. I prefer payment made through PayPal system.

Discover, and
American Express.

Cancellation Request

If you are unable to keep your appointment or attend the class, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.


Prepayment Refund Policy

If cancellation is received at least 48 hours in advance of the day of the appointment or class, prepayment of services will be refunded as follows (with the exception of Special Events, Phone Consultations, Payment for Project, or Customized Workshops), including a 20% processing fee.

Payment by Check: If not deposited, return of the check; if deposited, refund after check has cleared the bank.

Payment by PayPal: Refund through PayPal.

There will be no refund of deposits or payments made if cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance of the day of the appointment or class.

Transferring deposits or payments to another appointment or class may be considered, but is not guaranteed, and will be considered only if the appointment or class is scheduled within 30 days from the cancelled appointment or class.

Deposits made for Special Events, Phone Consultations, Payment for Project, or Customized Workshops are non-refundable.
