How It Works for New Policy, Services Not Free
Phone interviews unfortunately are no longer free, because my time is valuable and too many people have taken advantage. I can no longer give my time away for free. If you are serious about it, the way I can know that you are serious is by receiving a fee for my time; the cancellation policy is listed below.
Brief telephone consultations are only by appointment.
Please send job order and description, including a brief outline of the services being requested.
If a telephone consultation goes over 5 minutes, I charge for my time in 1 hour increments for projects and for phone consultations.
My regular fee is $80.00 for my hourly rate for consulting; no exceptions. Of course, a regular salary for full-time permanent employment is always negotiable.
Therefore, I recommend and suggest you send requested items first. If you need more time for a telephone appointment, payment must be received prior to our appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment or attend the class, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Prepayment Refund Policy
If cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance of the day of the appointment or class, prepayment of services will be refunded as follows (with the exception of Special Events, Phone Consultations, Payment for Project, or Customized Workshops), including a 20% processing fee.
Payment by Check: If not deposited, return of the check; if deposited, refund after check has cleared the bank.
Payment by PayPal: Refund through PayPal.
There will be no refund of deposits or payments made if cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance of the day of the appointment or class.
Transferring deposits or payments to another appointment or class may be considered, but is not guaranteed, and will be considered only if the appointment or class is scheduled within 3 days from the cancelled appointment or class.
Deposits made for Special Events, Phone Consultations, Payment for Project, or Customized Workshops are non-refundable.
